Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address, item selection, and payment details before completing your order. Girl Stash is not responsible for any errors in shipping addresses. Orders are shipped exactly as entered during checkout.
How long does processing take?
Due to high order volumes, our standard processing time is 3-5 business days.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time you select at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Please note that shipping times can vary depending on where you are and how long customs takes. Most girls get their orders in about 12–15 business days, so hang tight! 💕 We’ll get your goodies to you as soon as we can.

🚨 Entered the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist, but address changes can only be made once, and only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Girl Stash is not responsible for address errors reported after the 24-hour window. Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Girl Stash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
Returned Packages
If your package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address or it wasn’t claimed, we won’t be able to reship it.
You’ll get a partial refund — shipping costs won’t be refunded, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the product total.
