How much is the shipping cost?
We offer simple flat-rate shipping for all orders:
- Standard regions:
- Orders up to 1kg → $7.99
- Orders over 1kg → $9.99
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Add $5 to the standard rate.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been completed, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at [email protected].
Once an order has been marked as completed and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your shipping address, item selection, and payment details before placing your order. Girl Stash is not responsible for any errors in shipping addresses, and orders are shipped exactly as entered during checkout.
🚨 Entered the wrong address?
If your order is still processing and has not been completed or a tracking number has not been issued, you can request an address change by contacting us at [email protected].
Once an order has been completed and a tracking number has been issued, the shipping address cannot be changed, as the package has already been shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Girl Stash is not responsible for address errors after the order has been completed.
How long does processing take?
Due to high order volumes, our standard processing time is 2-3 business days.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time you select at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Please note that shipping times can vary depending on where you are and how long customs takes. Most girls get their orders in about 8–10 business days, so hang tight! 💕 We’ll get your goodies to you as soon as we can.
During High volume or holiday seasons, delivery might take a little longer — thanks so much for your patience and understanding, babe! ✨

No matter where you are, Girl Stash covers all customs and import fees for you. That means no surprise charges when your order arrives. Just sit back, relax, and wait for your package to show up at your door. 💌✨
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Girl Stash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
Returned Packages
If your package gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address or it wasn’t claimed, we won’t be able to reship it.
You’ll get a partial refund — shipping costs won’t be refunded, and a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the product total.
